		<description>Good post. I&#039;m glad to see an agent taking technology and putting it to good use. I know there are some agents who have not gotten to that point yet, but if they want to succeed, they will have to. I heard recently that more and more agents are taking listing advertisements to blogsites rather than newspapers, focusing towards a computer literate crowd. It&#039;s a good thing, and it is the way of the future!</description>
